Elliott Brown is founder and CEO of Clearly Next, a new kind of career navigation service providing breakthrough tools, resources, and guidance to people throughout their careers – from school to retirement. Before starting Clearly Next, he was founder of Springboard Forward, an award-winning nonprofit organization that taught low-income youth and adults to develop career plans based on their life aspirations. From 2001-2010, they raised millions of dollars and helped thousands of clients become inspired to change their own lives. Mr. Brown has explored employment and career advancement from a variety of perspectives: as creator of a youth employment program, as a consultant focused on new models in workforce development, as founder and owner of a social mission staffing business, and as a national thought leader on poverty and employment. Mr. Brown has a BA from Stanford University.
