Everybody Dance Now!
National/Executive Director
Jackie Rotman founded Everybody Dance Now! (EDN!) in 2005, at age 14, to positively transform the lives of young people through free hip-hop dance programs. Today, EDN! is a national, youth-led movement that has served more than 2,500 children and teens in 12 cities and is currently active in seven of those (Santa Barbara, CA; Chicago, IL; Scottsdale, AZ: Portland, OR; Oakland, CA; Stanford University; Ohio State University). For her work with EDN!, Jackie has been featured on MTV's America's Best Dance Crew, Glamour Magazine (Top Ten College Women in 2011), Family Circle Magazine, LA Times, and other media outlets. Outside of EDN!, Jackie is also passionate about issues of global development and education - having worked abroad with development organizations in Uganda, Mozambique, India, and Guatemala. Jackie graduated from Stanford in 2012 with a BA in Public Policy and concentration in International Development, worked as a nonprofit consultant at The Bridgespan Group, and is now back to EDN! full time - ready to take it to the next level.
