Jason leads Ashoka's global People Talent Initiatives. Previously, he served as Ashoka's Director of Learning, Integration & Change on the Integrated Technology Initiatives team and of Operations for Youth Venture. Jason holds an MS in Positive Organization Development from Case Western, and graduated from Duke University's International Honors Program for Engineers. Earlier Jason opened a transitional home for street youth with his wife, Caroline, in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Next, Jason joined an Ashoka Fellow at Samaritan Inns, offering recovery to people homeless because of addictions. Jason enjoys co-raising four burgeoning changemakers – Thomas, Nicholas, Alexia and Celine.
