Mark Sterling has been a partner in both the Washington DC and Miami offices of Hogan Lovells, a global law firm, and was an original member of its Health group and its Miami office. He has represented mission-driven healthcare organizations for 35 years. Mark has worked to develop and expand innovative programs serving the frail elderly and providing end-of-life care, as well as on complex public-private partnerships to establish and fund medical research institutes. He also has served in senior executive positions and on boards of leading healthcare organizations. He holds J.D. and Master of Public Policy degrees from the University of Michigan. Mark currently is an Advanced Leadership Fellow at Harvard, in a year-long program designed to enhance and leverage skills of experienced leaders from the U.S. and abroad who want to tackle critical societal challenges, including those affecting healthcare, communities, education, economic opportunity, and the environment.
