Vincent Pan is the Executive Director of Chinese for Affirmative Action, a community-based social justice organization in San Francisco that advocates for immigrant rights, language diversity, and racial justice. CAA also leads Asian Americans for Civil Rights and Equality - an innovative network designed to leverage the power of new social structures. Prior to joining CAA, Vincent worked with the Clinton Foundation in Beijing on HIV/AIDS issues, and he has also been a co-founder and executive director of a nonprofit youth development and AmeriCorps organization. Vincent is a former fellow with the Center for Social Innovation at Stanford University, the Echoing Green Foundation, and the Stride Rite Foundation.
